Manchester United are yet to reinforce their squad in the winter transfer window and have also failed to offload unwanted players from the squad.
One of the stars not wanted by Ruben Amorim is Marcus Rashford, who has not featured in the Premier League for almost two months.

As per today’s edition of Marca (news image provided below), Rashford wants to leave Man Utd and move to Barca before the closure of the window.
The England international is the main objective of the Catalan side, who can utilize him through the center and even on the flank.
However, the major obstacle for the Blaugrana, as in all recent markets, is money. They cannot afford to pay the player’s salary of £290,000 a week.
The good thing for Barca is that Rashford is ready to lower his salary to leave Man Utd as his relationship with manager, Ruben Amorim, is ‘rock bottom’.
Marca claim that the La Liga giants already know that the 27-year-old is willing to take a pay cut, but they have to see to what extent he reduces his salary.
Rashford netted 30 goals in all competitions in the 2022-23 campaign, however, since then he has been highly consistent for United.
This term, so far, in 24 appearances, the 60-capped international has netted 7 goals and provided three assists.
Ideally, Man Utd would like to sell Rashford permanently, but Barca can only afford a loan transfer in this window and are pushing to make it happen.
