Memphis Depay Returns For Fenerbache, Mkhitaryan Could Make The Bench

From all indication Manchester United are not taking the Europa league serious this season hence Mourinho has in the two games the club has played so far in the competition significantly rotated his squad.

It appears the club is more interested in mounting a title challenge in the Premier league or at least getting back into the top four which will guarantee a UEFA Champions League qualification slot at least.

And with the Red Devils playing against Chelsea at the Stambridge on Sunday, Mourinho is expected to significantly rotate his squad. We expect Mourinho to recall Memphis Depay. The Express reckons Wayne Rooney, Depay, Luke Shaw, Mata and Carrick will all be in the first eleven tonight. What this means is that the likes of Zlatan, Blind and Rashford could be totally left out of tonight’s clash or on the bench.

Manchester United started their campaign in the Europa league on a poor note. They lost 1-0 to Feyenoord in their first match but won their second match 1-0 against Zorya Luhansk. A win tonight against Fenerbache will go a long way to ensure Manchester United make it into the second round of the competition.

The Turkish side who will have former United striker Robin Van Persie in their ranks tonight will be much more tougher than Zorya Luhansk and United will have to be at their best if they must get the three points.

The good thing is United do not have any new injuries to worry about. Luke Shaw who has been struggling with fitness issues as expected after the leg break returned against Liverpool and Mourinho has confirmed he will be starting tonight. Mourinho also confirmed Mkitaryan is also back to fitness but not clear on whether the former Dortmund start will be starting tonight.
