Journalist reveals when Man Utd’s £52million+ official offer will arrive for signing

Rasmus Hojlund - Denmark

Manchester United remain heavily linked with Rasmus Hojlund and a renowned journalist has revealed when they will make an official offer for the Atalanta center forward.

A few hours back, Alfredo Pedulla reported that Man Utd’s official offer of £52m plus bonuses will materialize on Monday.

The Italian reporter claims Paris Saint-Germain may have shown interest to lure the Danish striker but at the moment, all the cards are in the hands of the Red Devils.

Pedulla states the negotiations will not be as hard as they were to secure the signing of Andre Onana from Inter Milan.

United are also interested in capturing Sofyan Amrabat from Fiorentina but first they want to complete the deal for the transfer of Hojlund this summer.

Despite the uncertainty over the club’s ownership, Man Utd have splashed the cash to reinforce the squad thus far and they are prepared to spend more.

If Hojlund arrives, he will likely replace Anthony Martial to get straight into the starting XI. The fans may want him to even take the No. 9 shirt from the inconsistent French forward.

Apart from signing a striker, Erik ten Hag should also focus on reinforcing the wide attacking positions this summer.
