The renowned British news source have mentioned that PSG manager, Luis Enrique, is ‘prepared’ to let Manuel Ugarte seal a move to Man Utd.

United have held ‘two rounds of talks’ for the Uruguayan defensive midfielder, who is currently at the Copa America.

It is reported that Man Utd consider Ugarte the top most target to replace Brazilian international, Casemiro at Old Trafford.

Moreover, the good thing is that even the South American star is open to agreeing a deal with the Red Devils.

PSG paid a fee of around £50m to sign him from Sporting CP last year but after an average campaign in France, he is now valued at around £38m.

Man Utd had Edson Alvarez in their sights to improve the No.6 position, but he suffered a major injury before the Copa America and now, the sole focus is on landing Manuel Ugarte from the French champions.

Erik ten Hag’s team leaked 58 goals in the last Premier League season and need a solid play breaker in front of his back four for the next campaign.

Have your say – Is Ugarte good enough to replace Casemiro at Old Trafford?
