The French international was a superstar in Germany with Borussia Dortmund before Barca opted to break the bank and sign him to replace Neymar in 2017.

The 26-year-old has got the quality but unfortunately, injuries did not help him during his stay in Spain.

Even last season, he missed a considerable number of games due to a hamstring problem and only started 16 games in the La Liga for the Catalan giants.

Since joining PSG in the summer transfer window, Dembele has only netted a single goal in 22 appearances in all competitions under Luis Enrique.

In such a scenario, it is reported that the Ligue 1 champions are ready to make money from his sale knowing Manchester United are interested.

The French giants are ready to reach an agreement for a fee of £42.6m (50 million euros) plus add-ons to sell the World Cup winning star.

Dembele is a proven quality playmaker, he can be deployed anywhere in the attacking third and has provided 8 assists in the current campaign thus far.

Have your say – Should Man Utd bid over £42.6m to secure his signing?
