Pulisic rose to fame in Germany under the management of Thomas Tuchel but the Kaiser coach has mostly kept him on the bench for Chelsea.
Last season, the 23-year-old attacker only started 13 games in the Premier League, scored 6 goals and provided 2 assists.
As far as the current campaign is concerned, the 50-capped star is yet to start a game for the Blues.
He only featured for 25 minutes in the opening Premier League fixture vs Everton and played for just 7 odd minutes last weekend against Tottenham Hotspur.
So, the US star needs to leave Stamford Bridge for regular first team football and Man Utd, who have been ineffective on all fronts this season, can benefit from signing him.
