Transfer: Report – Man United intent on signing £85million star
The Rome based media outlet have mentioned that Zirkzee is one of the ‘most courted attackers’ of the Serie A and the likes of Juventus, Napoli, AC Milan and Arsenal are also interested in hiring his services.
In the current campaign, so far, the 22-year-old striker has netted 9 goals and provided 6 assists in all competitions for Bologna.
Yesterday, he featured for 61 minutes in the league contest that the Rossoblu won 4-0 against Lecce.
In January, reports in Italy indicated that Man Utd would need to pay a fee of £68.3million (80 million euros) to sign Zirkzee as they did the same to lure Hojlund last summer.
The Danish center forward scored his first Premier League goal in his 16th appearance in the competition but since then, he has not stopped scoring.
Last night, Hojlund netted the opening goal of the game as Man Utd defeated Aston Villa 2-1 in their own backyard.
Apart from the former Atalanta striker, Ten Hag has not got any quality out and out No.9 in the team and the department should be reinforced in the next transfer window.
