Manchester United have been linked with Samuel Umtiti lately and the latest reports indicate that the central defender could be lured for cheap in the summer.
According to Sport, Barcelona want to sell the French international, who has a release clause of 500 million euros in his contract, for a fee of 50 million euros (£46million).

The Spanish source have revealed that Man Utd are most interested in signing the Les Bleus defender to strengthen their back-line, however, for now, the player has not given the nod to move to Old Trafford.
Umtiti moved to the Nou Camp from Lyon and in the early days in Spain, he was immense for the Catalan giants.
The 26-year-old was rock solid for France in their World Cup winning campaign under the guidance of Didier Deschamps two years back.
However, since lifting the coveted World Cup trophy, the defender has mostly been on the treatment table due to foot and knee concerns. Even in the current campaign, he has missed 10 games in all competitions due to injuries.
Last summer, Man Utd broke the bank to make Harry Maguire (center back) the most expensive defender in the history of the game. Moreover, they also splashed the cash to sign right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.
As far as the central defense is concerned, the Red Devils have got ample quality and depth and therefore, there is no real need to sign another center half in the summer. Especially, they should avoid an injury prone player like Samuel Umtiti.
The Old Trafford outfit have not adequately replaced Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez as yet and hence, reinforcing the attacking department should be Solskjaer’s priority in the summer.
