According to reports from the Daily Star, Paul Pogba is targeting a return back to the pitch by early December.
Paul Pogba was one of the main driving forces behind Manchester United’s stunning start to the Premier League campaign and it is clear to see that the Red Devils are beginning to struggle in recent times due to the absence of the injured French international.
Pogba picked up a hamstring problem in the Champions League clash against Basel on September 12 and worryingly for the United fans, it is unclear as to exactly when the 24-year-old will be making his return to the pitch.
As some sort of relief for the fans though, the Daily Star have claimed that Pogba is currently eyeing a full recovery by early December and manager Jose Mourinho is also optimistic of having his star man available for selection inside eight weeks’ time.
If indeed Pogba returns in early December, he would be coming back at a crucial time for United as they have four fixtures in 11 days before Christmas, including a massive derby clash against title rivals Man City on December 10 and the Red Devils fans will surely be hopeful that the reports from the Daily Star are accurate.
