Manchester United will face Arsenal in the 4th round of the FA Cup. Can they extend their fantastic winning run under Solskjaer? We shall see.
The Norwegian boss could make a few changes in the team that started vs Brighton in the last Premier League game.
Since the FA Cup provides us the best chance of winning a trophy this season, I think Solskjaer should retain majority of his key players in the starting lineup to face the Gunners.
Transfer: Man Utd increasing ‘pressure’ to finally sign £35million star
At the moment, the likes of Martial and Rashford are irreplaceable in the attacking third and the duo should start vs the north Londoners. The French star must start on the left wing and the young English international should start in the CF role ahead of Lukaku.
On the right wing, Alexis Sanchez could be given the nod to start against his former side. So far, the Chilean has made two substitute appearances under the interim United boss and provided two assists.
In the No.10 role, Pogba has been sensational for us and he must start behind Rashford. Herrera and Matic will likely start in the central midfield.
As far as the back-line is concerned, Bailly could return to partner Lindelof in the central defense. Young and Shaw should start in the wing-back positions and De Gea will probably retain his place in the goal.
Here is Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-2-3-1 XI vs Arsenal:
