According to Sports Illustrated, Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has been offered out to a number of other clubs by his agent Mino Raiola who is trying to broker a move away from Old Trafford.
The 24-year-old, who made the switch from Juventus to Manchester United in 2016, has made a total of 82 appearances in all competitions in two stints. Pogba left United for Juventus in 2012, but his return hasn’t gone well with reports of a broken-down relationship with manager Jose Mourinho.
In Wednesday’s Champions League last-16 clash with Sevilla, Pogba was left on the bench for Scott McTominay to start. The French international came on early into the game following injury to Ander Herrera, but him being left out in such a big outing speaks volumes.
TalkSPORT state Raiola is already looking for suitors for Pogba, as the £200k-per-week midfielder could be on his way out sooner rather than later. He’s got three-and-a-half years left on his deal with United but might leave earlier as things stand.
The midfielder’s made 24 appearances in all competitions this season but he’s been in and out of the team in recent weeks. He was benched in the Premier League against Huddersfield earlier this month and has been taken off in the second half of matches too.
While his future is unresolved, the rumours will continue to flood in. Real Madrid continue to be linked.
