According to reports from the Daily Mail, Bayern Munich superstar Arjen Robben could be open to joining Manchester United this summer.
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is clearly in the market to sign a new winger before the end of the summer transfer window but the Portuguese boss has seen his pursuit for the likes of Ivan Perisic and Gareth Bale not come to fruition as of yet.
Therefore, Mourinho could be forced into looking at transfer targets elsewhere and a host of names unsurprisingly continue to be linked with a move to Old Trafford.
Now in shock reports from the Daily Mail, revelations have been made that Mourinho could be plotting a swoop to secure the services of Bayern Munich attacker Arjen Robben.
Robben enjoyed a very successful relationship with Mourinho during their time together at Chelsea and the Netherlands international could be available for a transfer this summer as he has only a year remaining on his current deal at Bayern.
In addition, the report state that Robben could be tempted by a move to United as he is looking for a final flourish to his illustrious career.
Robben is 33 at the moment but despite his advancing years, he remains a world class player and would surely be a very good addition to the Manchester United side.
