£10.5million man could sign pre-contract with Man United – He wants OT move

Manchester United have been linked with French international, Marcus Thuram, for some time and the latest reports are intriguing.

The Les Bleus forward’s current deal with Borussia Monchengladbach will expire in just 6 months and he can sign a pre-contract agreement with any foreign club this month.

Last month, Bild revealed that the Old Trafford outfit are one of the clubs the 25-year-old forward would like to join.

The renowned German news source reported that it could take a fee of just £10.5million (12 million euros) to hire his services in the January transfer window.

According to The Star (press image provided below), Thuram could sign a pre-contract with Manchester United or Chelsea this month.

The British media outlet claim the 9-capped international, who provided 2 assists at the FIFA World Cup, is expected to snub the new deal put on the table by Monchengladbach.

The former Sochaux center forward has been in brilliant form for the German side this season. In all competitions, he has so featured in 17 games and directly contributed in as many goals (13 goals and 4 assists).

Earlier this month, La Repubblica revealed that Man Utd are prepared to agree a lucrative deal to secure his signing this month.
