Last year, the Red Devils were knocked out of the competition in the semis by Sevilla. Will they be able to reach the final this time? We shall see.

As far as the team news is concerned, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer could make three key changes to the squad that started at the Elland Road.

In the goal, David De Gea should return and replace Dean Henderson. In front of the Spanish shot stopper, the back-line would likely remain unchanged.

In the center of the park, record signing Paul Pogba might replace Brazilian star Fred to partner Scott McTominay.

Greenwood started as the main center forward up front vs Leeds but Cavani could return in the No.9 role to face Roma. In such a scenario, the England international could replace Daniel James to start on the right flank.

The likes of Fernandes and Rashford should retain their starting positions in the attacking third. Here is Man Utd’s strongest 4-2-3-1 XI vs Roma:

  1. What an exciting game. A night to remember by Utd fans. You all were on fire. That is the way to go moving fast and forward. You came back with such great determination and zeal to win that game and never gave up. This was so shocking to see what a second half it was. Keep it up and keep playing this same way.
