“Too good” £80million playmaker would welcome Manchester United move – Report

Jack Grealish goal vs Man Utd

Manchester United have been linked with Jack Grealish for a very long time and once again, the highly rated attacker is in the focus.

If the latest reports in the media are anything to go by then the 24-year-old star is going to hold talks about his future with Aston Villa once he returns from the break.

Transfer: Man Utd willing to offer lucrative terms to sign player with £630million clause – Report

According to Mirror Sport, the Birmingham based side value their prized asset at £80million and he wants to know if there are any top clubs interested in hiring his services.

If that is the case then the playmaker would like the club to facilitate in his transfer that he could have easily got for a very low fee if he had not played brilliantly to save the team from relegation.

The well-known British outlet have claimed that Manchester United are still looking to sign the playmaker. It is stated that Grealish could treble his wages if he moves to a top side and he would welcome a move to Old Trafford.

The versatile star is naturally a central attacking midfielder but last term, he mainly excelled in the left wing role under the management of Dean Smith.

Moreover, Grealish, who scored a wonder goal at Old Trafford last year, can also play effectively in the central midfield, a department that Man United have not strengthened since the summer transfer window of 2018.

Last month, ex-Villa striker Darius Vassell heavily praised the English playmaker and told Sky Sports:

“Villa fans aren’t going to like me saying it but he’s almost outgrown, too good,”

In all competitions last season, he netted 10 goals and was the top scorer for Aston Villa. Not only that, he was also the top goal creator for his side with 8 assists.

In your view, should Manchester United spend £80million to sign Jack Grealish?
