The winner of today’s contest will feature against Coventry in the semi finals of the competition.

As far as the team news is concerned, Erik ten Hag may make two changes to the starting lineup that featured vs the Toffees.

The Dutch manager has been boosted by the return of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Harry Maguire and star striker, Rasmus Hojlund.

The Danish forward trained on Friday and was in super goalscoring form before his injury. Hojlund should replace McTominay and get the nod to start as the lone center forward up front.

Behind the former Atalanta striker, the likes of Rashford, Fernandes and Garnacho are expected to start in the attack.

Mainoo and Casemiro have been impressive in the center of the park for Man Utd and the duo must start again in the midfield vs Liverpool.

As far as the backline is concerned, Maguire could return to partner Varane in the central defense in front of Onana.

On the other hand, Dalot and Lindelof would probably retain their starting fullback positions in the lineup.

Man Utd predicted 4-2-3-1 starting XI vs Liverpool: Onana; Dalot, Varane, Maguire, Lindelof; Casemiro, Mainoo; Fernandes Garnacho, Rashford; Hojlund.
