Manchester United supporters were delighted with the performance of leading striker Romelu Lukaku, who continued his fine scoring streak across all competitions.
The Belgium international scored for the third game on the trot, and as a result, became the quickest foreign player to acquire a century of goals in the Premier League.
Lukaku had notched his 25th goal of the campaign during the FA Cup quarter-final triumph over Brighton, and he continued in the same vein of form following the break by scoring in the fifth minute versus Swansea.
Alexis Sanchez also contributed to the scoresheet during the 2-0 triumph over the Swans, and the faithful were truly delighted with the result and the performance of their leading frontman.
Romelu Lukaku really is on one right now. Unstoppable.

Thought Lukaku was excellent again today. Had a rough patch in the middle of the season but has been great for a few months now, following on from his brilliant start. Dead chuffed for him. So much more to his game than just goals.

A reminder that Lukaku was once labelled ‘overrated’, ‘a £75m fraud’, ‘a donkey’ and compared to Morata and Lacazette. Morata and Lacazette combined have 22 goals in all competitions, Lukaku has 26 goals alone in all competitions.

100 EPL goals for unintelligent Lukaku who has a first touch of a hippopotamus with arthritis. Not bad for a player with such imagined limitation. Not bad at all.#NairaBETGoPay

With his recent performances, Lukaku has quite sealed his spot as the leading striker, and the likes of Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford have a difficult task of dislodging the Belgian from the centre-forward position.
Mourinho has more or less assured that the club won’t recruit another striker during the summer, and this will undoubtedly provided more confidence to Lukaku, who has impressed with his workrate, whenever he has failed to find the net.
