Spurs forward Harry Kane continues to be linked with Manchester United. Will he end up moving to Old Trafford? Only time will tell.

Yesterday, we covered a report (via The Mail) claiming that Tottenham are prepared to sell their main striker to Man United.

Transfer: Man United already in talks to sign £168,000-a-week playmaker – Face competition

The British outlet covered another report and mentioned that the £200million man is open to securing a move to the Red Devils.

In the print version, Daily Mail came up with a headline stating that Kane is keen to agree Manchester United move.

In our previous post (link provided above), we talked about the fact that United need a proven quality goal scorer and the 26-year-old England international completely fits the bill.

The Three Lions captain has won the Premier League Golden Boot prize on two occasions but he has not won a single major trophy with Spurs and that is why, it will not be shocking to see him leave Jose Mourinho’s team in the summer transfer window.

Danny Murphy thinks that the Old Trafford outfit are closer to challenging for the Premier League and the Champions League and what they really need is a world class striker (The Mail).

The former Liverpool man stressed that after losing out on Haaland, Man United must agree the signing of Harry Kane even if they have to break the bank. At the moment, Paul Pogba is the club’s record signing and the French international was lured from Juventus back in 2016 for £89million (BBC).

We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming weeks.

  1. If Kane seems too expensive we should look for other options like, Timo Werner or Erlling B. Haland who we know can do better in that position.

  2. I’d have Kane at United but I think we should keep ighalo aswell ighalo and Kane upfront and Sancho and rashford on the wings
