The Old Trafford outfit have won their last 11 games vs the Tricky Trees and should be considered favorites to earn all three points against a side struggling in the bottom half of the table.

As far as the team news is concerned, manager, Erik ten Hag, has confirmed that the likes of Shaw and Amrabat have not recovered and will be out.

This is the last game for Cameroonian goal keeper Onana as he will leave for the African Cup of Nations.

In the absence of Shaw, Reguilon could return to the starting XI and feature in the left back position. Varane and Evans would retain their CB positions and Dalot could start in the right back role.

In the center of the park, Mainoo should return and replace Christian Eriksen to partner Scott McTominay.

As far as the attack is concerned, the likes of Garnacho, Fernandes and Rashford would probably start again behind lone striker, Hojlund, who netted his first Premier League goal vs Villa.

Man Utd strongest possible 4-2-3-1 starting XI vs Forest: Onana – Dalot, Varane, Evans, Reguilon – Mainoo, McTominay – Garnacho, Fernandes, Rashford – Hojlund.
