4-2-3-1: Man Utd’s strongest possible starting lineup vs Brentford

Ralf Rangnick - German manager

Manchester United have only earned a single point from their last three Premier League games and will be looking to get back to winning ways tonight.

The Red Devils will face Brentford, who have won three of their last four games in the league. Who will come out on top?

As far as the team news is concerned, Ralf Rangnick is hoping to select Brazilian international Fred against the Bees. The Samba star may replace veteran Matic to start with McTominay in the central midfield.

The likes of Maguire, Lingard and Cavani are now fit but the latter might only be fit to make the bench (MUFC). Since the trio have returned from injuries, I think they all should start on the bench.

De Gea will likely feature again in the goal and in front of the Spanish shot stopper, Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof may start in the central defense. Diogo Dalot and Alex Telles could feature in the fullback positions again.

Sancho is still out with tonsillitis, therefore, we can expect Rashford, Fernandes and Elanga to start again in the attacking midfield.

Ronaldo has netted 7 goals in his last three home games. The Portuguese superstar must start as the main center forward upfront.
