The transfer window will close soon and Manchester United have not announced any new signing on the deadline day as yet. Will that change? We shall see.

According to The Times’ Duncan Castles, Ousmane Dembele has agreed to join Manchester United from Barcelona. The two clubs are currently negotiating the terms of the transfer.

Transfer: Man Utd to seal £18million signing today – Report

As per Fabrizio Romano, the Red Devils are pushing to secure the signing of the player on loan, however, the Catalan giants are adamant that they will only allow the player to leave on permanent basis.

As far as the asking price is concerned, the Spanish giants are demanding a fee of £60million to let the Les Bleus winger move to Old Traffford (The Mirror).

£60million is a very huge amount for someone who has spent a lot of time out injured in the past three seasons but we are desperate at the moment and perhaps that is why Barca are playing hard ball.

Our main target for the right wing position is Jadon Sancho but today, there are no concrete reports suggesting that Man United are trying to get his signing done.

Would we be able to lure Ousmane Dembele? Only time will tell.

The World Cup winning star proved his worth in Germany with Borussia Dortmund and he was impressive for Barcelona in the 2018-19 campaign but apart from that, he has spent majority of the time on the treatment table.

At the moment, Greenwood is our first choice right winger. The teenager is highly talented but he should not be rushed and still needs experience to consistently perform well week in week out for the Red Devils.

The second choice RW is Daniel James. The Welsh international joined us last year and scored 3 goals in his first 4 league appearances. Since then, do you know how many goals he has scored in the Premier League? ZERO.
