Our star performer, Marcus Rashford, is expected to miss the contest at Anfield after getting injured in the midweek and that is a major set-back for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

Transfer: Man Utd gain new momentum to seal £59.6million move in hours – Report

In the absence of the England international, we can expect Daniel James, who is a natural right winger, to start on the left flank.

Juan Mata, who provided an assist in the last PL game vs Norwich and scored the winning goal vs Wolves in the FA Cup, should get the to start on the right flank. On the other hand, Brazilian attacker, Andreas Pereira, should return to start in the No. 10 role behind Martial.

In the center of the park, we still have Pogba and McTominay out injured, so, the likes of Matic and Fred could start again.

As far as the defense is concerned, the back-line should remain unchanged but De Gea should return in place of Sergio Romero to start in the goal for the Old Trafford club.
