Another day, another report about Bruno Fernandes, who is getting closer and closer to completing Man Utd move.
Yesterday, we covered a report (via The Sun) claiming that the Portuguese attacker will join the Red Devils after playing the derby game against Benfica.
News – Club could offer £115,000-a-week playmaker or £25m midfielder to Man United – Report
However, as per the latest update provided by A Bola today, the 25-year-old star has already packed his bags to complete his £59.6million (70 million euros) move to Manchester United
The Portuguese outlet have mentioned that Man Utd have gained new momentum and can even seal the signing of Fernandes in the next few hours. It is stated that the Primeira Liga club are convinced that the skipper will play and the deal will be secured afterwards. However, it is possible that the player could even miss tonight’s all important clash vs the reigning Liga Nos champions.
To be honest, I won’t really mind if Fernandes competes tonight and then travels to England to complete his move to Man Utd as long as he does not get injured.
A Bola claim that United want the agreement sealed immediately and if that happens then they will not let the player take part in the derby.
Yes, we need signings as soon as possible but I do not think that a delay of few hours today would make any difference unless Solskjaer is planning to somehow use the attacker against arch rivals Liverpool on Sunday.
Not to forget, Sporting CP will host Benfica at the Jose Alvalade Stadium and the game will kick off tonight at 9:15 pm UK time. Let’s see how the transfer saga unfolds in the coming hours.
One thing about Manchester United is that, they are always excellent in making plans but executing it is ZERO.
They will sign this player, that player but will sign none.
Alas, they will sign one very old and tired legs… Tired of you!
Who is fooling who???
