Man Utd were ripped apart by Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park last night as the Red Devils put in yet another dismal performance.
The Old Trafford outfit have dropped down to eighth in the table and may miss out on Europe altogether for the next campaign.
Transfer: Report – Man Utd make contact to offer below £51million for signing
After 35 games, Erik ten Hag’s team have a goal difference of negative three and the Dutch manager should realistically be shown the exit door.
Palace were comfortable all game and scored four goals past United and the only positive during the game was the support of the supporters
Liverpool legend, Jamie Carragher, heavily praised the fans for supporting the Man Utd team last night despite a dismal performance.
The pundit told Sky on MNF:
“That is absolutely amazing support from Manchester United fans, they don’t deserve that support, incredible.”
Carragher is right, Man Utd do not deserve the incredible support from the fans if they do not even turn up on the pitch.
The defense was awful, five time Champions League winner, Casemiro, was dribbled past eight times, the midfield could not control the game for a moment and the offense only hit two shots on target.
It is not surprising that United are looking to offload 12 players to clear out the deadwood at Old Trafford. Alongwith the players, the manager needs to go.
It is time to sack Erik ten Hag. What do you think?
