Manchester United won their last game vs Burnley before the international break. The Premier League will return this weekend and the Red Devils will collide against high flying Hornets.

The Hornets have won all four PL fixtures so far this season and at the moment, they are 6 points ahead of the Old Trafford club. Will they be able to upset Mourinho’s men? We shall see.

As far as Man United’s team news is concerned, Rashford is suspended after getting sent off against the Clarets. Jones and Romero are still out injured, while England international Luke Shaw is unlikely to feature after suffering concussion vs Spain.

In such a scenario, we can expect Portuguese defender Diogo Dalot to make his debut for Manchester United. The youngster could start with Valencia, Smalling and Lindelof in the back line in front of Spanish goalie De Gea.

Marouane Fellaini is still not fully fit so Fred could return to start in the midfield with the likes of Pogba and Matic. In the attack, we can expect Lukaku, Sanchez and Lingard to start. Here is Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-3-3 XI vs Watford.

  1. I had thought Dalot was a right back, would he cope in that position on his first game in the senior team. I would go for Young and bring Fellaini for first half and Fred for the second half.

  2. Mourinho should be starting martial keeping him on the bench he is not helping the team at all we need a skillful player at our up front

  3. I concur with the idea to give Martial game time, and more so with this match ahead. Mourinho should work on his attitude towards players.

  4. Mourinho should work on his attitude towards players. Martial is skillful, we need him upfront alongside Lukaku and Sanchez

  5. I don’t think mourinho will help our team by depreciating our youngsters and killing their confidents.

  6. Yes Martial is very skillful and talented but he’s not ready to play on the right. and please don’t tell me to replace Sanchez with Martial on the left.
