If reports in the media are anything to go by then Manchester United are now on the verge of agreeing a new deal with French international Anthony Martial.

Back in October last year, the Les Bleus playmaker rejected United’s contract offer as per Sky Sports News.

Now, the British source have claimed that the 23-year-old star is close to agreeing terms with the Red Devils over a fresh five-year deal.

Transfer: Deal close – Man Utd to agree midfielder signing

Since the appointment of Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Man United have won every single game so far and naturally, every single person attached with the club is absolutely delighted.

Martial is not the only player prepared to agree a new deal with United. As per recent reports, our star goal keeper David De Gea wants to pen a fresh deal as well (The Sun).

Moreover, the Old Trafford club are also ready to secure a new contract with in-form striker Marcus Rashford (Mirror Sport).

So things are going brilliantly well for us. As far as Martial is concerned, he was brought to the club by Dutch manager Louis van Gaal but he has hit top form in the current campaign.

In 13 league starts so far this season, the former Monaco attacker has directly contributed in 9 goals (8 goals and 1 assist) and deservedly, he is starting regularly ahead of our current highest earner Alexis Sanchez.

Martial is only earning £75,000-a-week (The Daily Star) and after top performances, he deserves a lucrative new deal.
