Manchester United have been chasing Ousmane Dembele recently and the latest reports indicate that the player is now willing to move to Old Trafford.

According to Mundo Deportivo, the French international accepts to sign for Manchester United but on one condition i.e. the move should be permanent.

The renowned Spanish source have claimed that the Red Devils are interested in signing him on loan, however, Barcelona want to sell him once and for all and Dembele agrees with the Catalan giants.

MD state that the 23-year-old attacker would only accept departure from the La Liga giants if the move is permanent and the destination is Manchester United because the Red Devils value him a lot.

Another report from the same source revealed that our record signing Paul Pogba is convincing his compatriot to join the 20-time English champions.

On the other hand, in France, L’Equipe covered a story yesterday and claimed that the former Dortmund winger is excited about moving to the Old Trafford outfit.

Therefore, things are looking positive for Man United, however, we must act swiftly to seal the signing of the £215,000-a-week star (The Sun) because the transfer window will shut down on Monday.

Dembele was world class in Germany but he has been highly injury prone since moving to Spain. Will he be a a hit at Old Trafford if he does end up joining us? Only time will tell.

We cannot understand how clubs try to force their players to stay when really it also depends upon the player’s desire or wish to go the club they want to go and by their actions you could clearly see that they are not interested in staginating at the same club. Secondly, when the player has already forced or demanded a move, why is it that the club is playing up for their benefit? They are not gaining the player’s interest anyway. So it will be a showdown to wait and see.
