Reports suggest that the Red Devils are already thinking about the next summer’s transfer window and their priority is to hire the services of Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund.

According to ESPN, Man Utd’s priority next summer is to secure the signing of the Norwegian international, who is on the radar of other top European clubs.

A week ago, renowned German news source, Bild, reported that the former Salzburg star will surely be sold in 2022 and the Old Trafford outfit are favorites to get his signing done.

ESPN claim that the young center forward has good relations with manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and despite competition, Man Utd believe that they have the resources to secure his signature. It is stated that luring Ronaldo could also strengthen the position to sign Haaland.

The £130,000-a-week star (The Daily Mail) has scored for fun since moving to the Bundesliga side. In all competitions, so far, he has found the net 63 times in 64 appearances. In the current campaign, he has already scored 6 goals in 5 appearances for BvB.

The 12-capped international is one of the best finishers in world football and he can be lured for a fee of just 75 million euros (release clause) next summer (ESPN).
