Tottenham Hotspur sold Kieran Trippier to Atletico Madrid in the summer transfer window of 2019 and he has proved to be a major hit in Spain.
If reports (The Telegraph) in the media are anything to go by then the Manchester United consider making a move to hire the services of the England international to challenge first choice right back Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The 30-year-old fullback has ample experience in the Premier League having played over 100 games and he has earned 25 caps for the senior national side thus far.
Apart from being solid at the back, Trippier has got the ability to strike direct free kicks and deliver quality set pieces into the box. This season, he has featured in all 10 league games under the management of Diego Simeone and has helped the team keep 8 clean sheets.
Atletico have conceded just 2 goals in the league and are deservedly on top of the table. In the last league game, the Rojiblancos defeated Valladolid 2-0 and both the goals were set up by Trippier.
Mundo Deportivo claim that the former Spurs star, who will be out of contract in 2022, left the PL because he wanted to play abroad. It is stated that he is untouchable in Madrid being one of Simeone’s key players.
Trippier is currently a regular starter in one of the top clubs in the world, who are performing brilliantly week in week out in the Spanish league. Therefore, to be fair, I do not think, he would want to move to Old Trafford to become the second choice right back.
At Old Trafford, Solskjaer does have Fosu-Mensah who can cover for Wan-Bissaka in the fullback role and has played 29 games for the senior Man Utd side so far.
Do you think Man United should move to sign a right back? If so, who should Ole lure to improve the depth of the position?
