Transfer: “Too good” £80million playmaker would welcome Manchester United move – Report
The news source have mentioned that the Old Trafford outfit would allow the 17-year-old attacker to play on loan for the Serbian side in the next campaign.
It is stated (Republika) that Partizan mainly wanted around 20 million euros for the teenage sensation but the management decided that it was the right time to sell the player, who knows that a club as big as Man Utd do not show interest every day.
Stefanovic featured for a total 35 minutes (combined) as a substitute in both the group stage fixtures against Manchester United in the Europa League this term. The Red Devils are going to face Sevilla in the last four tonight.
In the Serbian Super League, the winger, who can play on either flank, made 25 appearances (17 starts) and directly contributed (Transfermarkt) in 10 goals (7 goals and 3 assists).
Partizan ended the season in second place, 14 points behind champions Red Star Belgrade.
Ole’s focus on youngsters is good but proven quality stars can the transform team immediately. The example of Bruno Fernandes is there for all of us. Without the world class Portuguese international, we might have failed to finish in the top four.
For now, our entire focus should be on winning the Europa League. After the tournament, Solskjaer must act as far as possible to secure all the key targets to fit them into the team before the start of the new PL campaign next month.
