Moises Caicedo has taken the Premier League by storm this season and due to his top form, Brighton are not just in the top four but only two points behind league leaders, Arsenal.
There is a long way to go but one thing is for sure, the Seagulls, who have lost their manager, need to hold on to the Ecuadorian midfielder, who has been the engine of the team this term.

Recent reports have indicated (Diario Extra) that Man United have been after the £100million-rated player.
Today, The Sunday People (news image provided below), have revealed that the interest from the Red Devils, Liverpool and Arsenal have pushed Brighton to act.
The American Express Community Stadium outfit are ready to hold talks to agree a new deal with Caicedo in order to ward off interest from big clubs.
The 20-year-old South American’s current deal will expire in 2025 but he does not earn as much as the other first-team regulars.
Therefore, the news source have mentioned that Brighton want to offer a lucrative new deal to hold on to their prized asset.
After the departure of midfield leader, Yves Bissouma, Caicedo has taken over and has been rock solid in the center of the park.
He was absolutely fantastic against Manchester United and thus far, he has helped the team keep 3 clean sheets in the Premier League.
Moreover, in the last league game, the 23-capped Ecuadorian scored a goal in the 5-2 victory over Leicester City. If he continues to perform well, then it will not be surprising to see top clubs fighting for his signature next summer.
