Defense was Man Utd’s weakest department last season. They conceded 57 goals in the Premier League and without massive improvement, Ten Hag’s men will not be able to challenge the top teams in the next campaign.
Martinez was voted as Ajax’s Player of the Season last term for his rock-solid performances under the management of the current United boss.
