The media source claim the Argentine center forward will arrive to replace Ramos, who could be sold in a “millionaire” deal to Manchester United.
It is reported that Man Utd are ahead of PSG in the race to lure the 21-year-old star, who netted 19 goals in the Liga Nos winning campaign.
O Jogo state the Red Devils have a “privileged relationship” with agent, Jorge Mendes, that can help them in getting the deal over the line.
It is believed that United or PSG will come up with a super offer for Ramos, who has a release clause of 120 million euros but it will not be triggered.
