Man Utd have ‘already made moves’ to sign £51m-£60m star, club fear advances – Report

Bremer - Brazil

Man Utd have already moved in to sign Gleison Bremer from Italian side, Juventus, as per the latest reports in the media.

According to a story published by Corriere dello Sport today (news image provided below), the Brazilian international could end up leaving the Old Lady this summer.

The Rome based media outlet have mentioned that Man Utd have ‘already made moves’ for Bremer in the past and a serious offer would be considered by the Bianconeri.

His current contract has a clause of £51m-£60m which will only become active in the summer of 2025.

However, CorSport state Juve have promised they will evaluate offers of the same amount, therefore, they will ‘seriously reflect’ if Man Utd move with a big bid for Bremer.

The Serie A giants consider the South American center half the ‘linchpin’ of their defense but they fear advances arriving from abroad, particularly from England.

Man Utd have been terrible at the back in the current campaign and have already let in 55 goals in 35 Premier League games.

So, there is no doubt whatsoever that the three time European champions must splash the cash to reinforce the defense in the summer.

In your view, should Man Utd move in with an offer of around £51m-£60m to sign Gleison Bremer?
