Manchester United were able to return to winning ways after beating Southampton, who have so far lost all their Premier League games this season.
To challenge the top guns in the country, the Red Devils must improve big time and bring in proven quality players.
News – Man Utd prepared to pay big fee to sign £69,000 a week Spaniard – Report
As per Spanish source, TDF, Man Utd have made contact to sign French international, Ousmane Dembele, who would be open to leaving PSG for the Premier League.
The media outlet have mentioned that the representative of the former Barcelona playmaker has held talks with multiple English sides and has received an optimistic response.
The 27-year-old has a long term contract with Paris Saint Germain and he is the highest earner at the club taking home around £325,000 a week.
He proved his worth in the Bundesliga with Dortmund and even showcased his class when fit for Barcelona. However, he was mostly out injured during his time in Spain.
Last season, he was impressive for PSG, who reached the semi finals of the Champions League and retained their Ligue 1 title.
At Man Utd there is a dire need of a top class playmaker and the possible arrival of Dembele would help in this regard.
The Old Trafford outfit have already wasted huge amounts of cash on Sancho and Antony. The England international left on loan for Chelsea this summer. On the other hand the Brazilian attacker has been so poor that no one showed serious interest in signing him.
To make matters worse, Rashford, who managed to find the net against the Saints, continues to be highly inconsistent.
In such a scenario, do you think Man Utd should move in to sign someone like Ousmane Dembele?
