Manchester United have been interested in Ansu Fati for some time but reports in Spain suggest that there is another young Barca starlet on the radar of the Red Devils.
According to Mundo Deportivo (via Sport Witness), Man Utd have made a strong offer to sign central midfielder, Ilaix Moriba, from the Catalan giants.

However, the renowned Spanish outlet have mentioned that Koeman has handed the 18-year-old the chance to shine in the first team and therefore, he does not want to leave.
Still, the financial situation at Barca is not good and they may have to sell the starlet. It must be taken into consideration that Koeman might not be in charge next season.
Moriba’s current contract with the Catalan giants will expire in 2022 and reports (Marca) suggest that it has a huge release clause of 100 million euros (£86million).
The teenage midfielder made his La Liga debut for Barca last month against Alaves and was able to provide an assist in the contest.
In the next game, Koeman once again handed Moriba the chance to shine vs a strong Sevilla side. The youngster featured for just 19 minutes in the fixture and once again managed to set up a goal for his side.
At the moment, Man Utd do have central midfielders like Fred, McTominay and Pogba but the record signing spent majority of the last campaign out injured and even now, he is on the treatment table. Moreover, on and off, he is linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
It must also be taken into consideration that the Red Devils have not adequately improved their midfield since signing Fred in the summer of 2018. Therefore, cash should be splashed in the next transfer window.
