The renowned Italian media outlet claim Man Utd have completed the ‘last step’ of agreeing the fee after giving the green light to pay the 15 million euros in agent commission.
CorSera state AC Milan’s inflexibility in not paying Kia Joorabchian the above mentioned agent fee diverted Zirkzee to Man Utd, who are now set to seal the signing.
As per La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Netherlands international’s departure from Bologna is now imminent this summer.
The Milan based media outlet claim that his next ‘destination’ is Manchester United.
According to Corriere dello Sport, Man Utd are closing in to secure the signing of Joshua Zirkzee for 40 million euros.
The Rome based news source state that after collecting the fee, Bologna will have to pay 40-45 percent of the amount to the striker’s former club, Bayern Munich.
Zirkzee is tall with a height of 6ft 4 and not only is he good in the air but also has the pace to beat opponents in the No.9 role.
At the Euros, so far, the youngster has not started a single game for the national side and only made one substitute appearance.
Would he be good enough to start ahead of Rasmus Hojlund for Man Utd? We shall see.
