Yesterday, Sport revealed that Man Utd are pressing to sign the African play breaker and are in advanced talks to lure him.

The Catalan media outlet claim Amrabat wishes to play for Barcelona but knows the Spanish champions have to resolve the financial issues first.

As per today’s version of La Gazzetta Dello Sport, the Old Trafford outfit wanted to hire the services of the 26-year-old in January but the Viola blocked the transfer.

The Italian media outlet claim United want to finally sign him and the play breaker will be allowed to leave this summer if the asking price of £34.5m (40 million euros) is met.

Fiorentina earned 8th place in the Serie A (concluded yesterday) but can qualify for the next season’s Europa League if they beat West Ham United in the Conference League final on Wednesday.

Amrabat was one of the superstar’s at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar. He was rock solid in the DM role for Morocco, who reached the semi finals of the competition.

The 48-capped international helped his nation keep clean sheets against massive teams like Portugal, Spain, Croatia and Belgium.
