The Danish international was mainly a bench warmer in the last campaign and the situation has not changed even now.
In the current campaign, he has only made a single appearance for the Red Devils i.e. he featured for just four minutes yesterday when Liverpool had already sealed the victory at Old Trafford.
Eriksen takes home a salary of £150,000 a week and he is also on the radar of other clubs.
Transfer Watch claim Man Utd have recently suffered with the injury to Mount and if Eriksen departs, they will be short of options in the midfield and therefore, look to sign Rabiot.
The French international won every major title in Italy with Juventus and even had an impressive campaign with the Bianconeri last term. However, the Serie A side failed to reach an agreement with him and now he is a free agent.
Rabiot has bags of experience at both the club and international levels and would be a quality signing to replace Eriksen at Man Utd.
The former Paris Saint-Germain midfielder made five appearances for France at the European Championships and since then, he has been in search of a new club.
In your opinion, should Man Utd sign Rabiot to replace Eriksen at Old Trafford?
