Man Utd have been linked with Davide Frattesi for some time and now they are preparing an offer to finally sign him.
Back in October last year, La Gazzetta Dello Sport revealed that United, above all, want to hire the services of the £30.7million-rated Italian international from Sassuolo.

As per a report covered by Calcio Mercato Web yesterday, Man Utd are preparing a swap offer involving Amad Diallo in order to lure the Frattesi.
The Italian news source have mentioned that Juventus are Roma are also interested in signing the 23-year-old central midfielder.
However, if the Red Devils offer Diallo in exchange, then they could overtake the Serie A sides in the race to get the deal over the line.
CMW also claim Frattesi could be lured for a fee of around 40 million euros (£30.7million).
The former Empoli player is a creative midfielder, who has so far made four appearances for the senior national side.
In the current campaign, in 26 league starts thus far, the Azzurri star has netted six goals for Sassuolo. Last season, he netted four goals and provided as many assists in all competitions.
The Old Trafford club do have to improve things in the center of the park because over the years, McTominay and Fred have been highly inconsistent.
Ten Hag has done wonders with Eriksen and Casemiro in the midfield this term but the duo are not getting younger and will turn 32 next year.
In your opinion, should Man Utd make an offer to sign Davide Frattesi?
It would be a good deal but including Amad Diallo who is our equivallent of Saka would be absolute madness.
