Transfer: Report – Man Utd move closer to sealing signing

The news source have mentioned that the West midlands club are willing to accept a bid worth £50million to part ways with the Portuguese international in the summer.

It is stated that the Red Devils, Liverpool and La Liga giants, Barcelona, are keen on hiring the services of the former FC Porto star.

Neves has captained the Wolves side in the current campaign and has netted 5 goals in all competitions for them.

Julen Lopetegui’s side are currently 13th in the Premier League table but they have played two more games than 18th placed West Ham, who are three points behind.

Last night, the midfielder made his 38th appearance for the senior national team and first under new manager, Roberto Martinez.

He featured for 23 minutes in the UEFA Euro 2024 qualification contest that Portugal won 4-0 against Liechtenstein.

Last year, United signed veterans to strengthen their central midfield. Ten Hag has not replaced Pogba as yet and the Dutch coach needs to sign a quality player, who is in his peak years.

Ruben Neves turned 26 earlier this month and has the quality and the experience to improve Man Utd. Should we bid £50million to secure his signing?
