Despite sitting sixth in the standings and still in contention for a spot in the Champions League, Manchester United have had an average season thus far suffering defeats in 11 of their 28 Premier League matches. The weaknesses in the backline has been evident.
In an effort to bolster their defense Manchester United are eyeing the recruitment of Bremer, who has earned four caps for Brazil, including a recent appearance in the victory over England where he came on as a late substitute.
The South American center back has so far featured in 29 games for Juventus and helped them keep no fewer than 14 clean sheets.
Bremer ha ample experience in Italy having played over 150 games in the Serie A. Is he good enough to be a hit in England? Only time will tell.
