Man Utd could be set to involve themselves in a bidding war in the coming days for a talented Turkish talent.
The Red Devils face Brighton & Hove Albion in the race for his signature with Fenerbahce giving the player permission to leave.

The player in question here is Ferdi Kadioglu. As per FotoSpor, Fenerbahce president Ali Koc has given the Turkish defender permission to leave this summer but has made it clear that he would be sold to the highest bidder.
The report adds that Brighton are negotiating with the Turkish giants over a £29.8m fee and Man Utd are ready to swoop in and pay more than the Seagulls to secure his signature. Dan Ashworth & co. are ready to pay £34m to sign the Euro 2024 star.
We covered a story around a month ago that Man Utd are favourites to sign the versatile left-back but negotiations did not pan out since. If they did, we were not aware of the developments as the clubs often go about their business behind the scenes.
Kadioglu caught the eye with his performances for Turkiye in the recently concluded Euros. The 24-year-old is good coming into midfield and also making overlapping runs and has also been impressive for Fenerbahce over the past 12 months.
It increasingly looks like the talented player will continue his career in the Premier League where he will get a chance to showcase his abilities against the very best in the world. The question remains – Brighton or Man Utd?
At this stage of his career, the young Turkish defender might be more tempted by a move to the Seagulls than the Red Devils where he will get regular game time. Let’s see how the player’s career pans out going forward.
I’d much prefer to pay the money for Kadioglu and get Rabiot on a free than pay through the nose for Ugarte and get a far lesser fullback than the Fenerbache man on a free.
