Two year ago, Manchester United paid more than £80million to sign Antony from Ajax and the Brazilian international has turned out to be a massive flop.
In such a scenario, reports indicate that Man Utd are prepared to suffer a huge loss in order to get rid of the 24-year-old.

According to an exclusive story covered by Football Insider, the Red Devils could be set for a loss of more than £40million to offload Antony.
Taking into consideration the player’s miserable form, no club from Europe or Middle East would splash even half of the fee that we paid to lure him.
So, Man Utd are prepared to agree a fee of around £40million to sell the South American in the summer transfer window.
In 72 appearances for the Old Trafford outfit, Antony has only netted 9 goals under the management of Erik ten Hag.
He only netted a single Premier League goal in 2023 and in the current campaign, so far, he has not scored a single goal in 21 appearances for Man Utd.
So, it is not surprising that United are willing to take a financial hit in order to get rid of one of the worst expensive signings of their history.
