Ansu Fati’s future at Barcelona has been up in the air for sometime and his father is unhappy with the current situation at the Nou Camp.
Last month, Sport revealed that Manchester United are willing to take advantage of the impasse to sign the youngster from the Catalan giants.
Transfer: Man Utd ready to agree £84,000 a week deal for signing – Could do crazy things
More recently, the famous Spanish source claim Man Utd are prepared to bid to sign Fati in the summer transfer window.
Two days ago, the media outlet reported that Old Trafford is one of the possible destinations for Fati as United are one of the clubs willing to make a bet to secure his signing.
As per yesterday’s version of Sport (news image provided below), the 20-time English champions are really interested in luring the 20-year-old, who is also on the radar of Chelsea, Newcastle and Arsenal.
It is stated that the playmaker’s entourage believe a fair valuation would be around 35 million euros.
However, Barca will only agree to talk about the sale if they receive a “multi-million” offer, way more than 35 million euros, and if Fati himself expresses his desire to leave. None of the two has happened as yet.
The youngster has more than four years left on his contract with the Blaugrana and he earns arounnd 14 million euros a year i.e. £236,000 a week (FT).
In the current campaign, the No. 10 has only started 9 games in the league under Xavi and featured for just 8 minutes (combined) in the last two contests.
