Man Utd prepared to offer huge terms to finally sign £70million star – Report

Saul Niguez Atletico Madrid

Manchester United have been linked with Spanish international Saul Niguez for some time and the latest reports suggest that the Red Devils are willing to act to sign him.

Back in April, AS reported that the Old Trafford outfit could offer 75 million euros to hire the services of the midfielder from Atletico Madrid.

Transfer: Man United have agreed fee to secure £10.8million signing – Report

More recently, The Star revealed that Man Utd are prepared to offer huge terms worth £150,000-a-week to finally sign the 25-year-old star.

The British news source have mentioned that Atletico’s exit from the Champions League will boost United’s chances to sign the versatile player, who is valued at £70million and could leave the club this summer.

Saul is one of the most complete midfielders in the world, who has the quality and experience to improve Solskjaer’s team. He can play in multiple positions, dribble and strike the ball well with both feet.

Since the arrival of Ole, the Red Devils have not been able to strengthen their midfield department. Their last major capture for the center of the park was Brazilian star Fred, who was lured from Shakhtar Donetsk two years back when Jose Mourinho was in charge of the club.

Since then, United have not lured any proven central midfielder, instead, we have lost two versatile players like Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera and are yet to replace the duo.

We would have a mouth watering midfield partnership of Saul and Pogba behind Bruno Fernandes if somehow Solskjaer can bring the 19-capped international to Old Trafford.

In your view, should Man Utd splash £70million to finally sign Saul Niguez?

  1. Yes. The transfer has to be effected without any further delay and it may not be just like that of Jadon Sancho

  2. We fans are really feeling that Edwood is breaking this team and not trying to give the fans any kind of boost or satisfaction. They are struggling with defence and need more good players. The selection of the goal keeper is not good enough. Sergio should have been the first choice for this game. You have to give him more time for playing, he seems to be fairing well. I cannot understand why always the same goalkeeper?
Most of the Man.Utd players were playing so well today but due one or two players careless mistakes have caused the risk of them losing the game. Lindalof should accept his mistake and agree and say sorry and build on that.
