Manchester United are looking to improve their midfield department and are interested in signing Mateo Kovacic from Chelsea.
If the latest reports in the media are anything to go by then Man Utd are ready to agree the asking fee to sign the Croatian international.

According to an exclusive story covered by Football Insider, Man Utd are willing to agree a deal worth £30million to bring the 29-year-old to Old Trafford.
The news source have mentioned that the Stamford Bridge outfit are looking to get at least £30million from the sale of the midfielder.
Kovacic is one of the most decorated players around. He won three Champions League titles during his time with Real Madrid.
Moreover, he added another European Cup medal to his cabinet by winning the CL for Chelsea under the guidance of Thomas Tuchel two years ago.
He was a key member of the Croatia squad that won the silver and the bronze medal at the 2018 and 2022 World Cups respectively. So far, Kovacic has made 93 appearances for the senior national side.
In the current campaign, he has only started 17 games in the Premier League as Chelsea have mainly preferred record signing, Enzo Fernandes, in his position.
Kovacic’s current contract with the two-time European champions will expire next year and he earns around £100,000 a week.
