A few days ago, we covered a story via Italian journalist, Daniele Longo, claiming that £21.5million-rated Javi Guerra of Valencia has verbally agreed to sign for Man Utd despite interest from other European sides.
More recently, Spanish source, Fichajes, have reported that now the 20-time English champions are ready to move in swiftly to finalize the signing of the 22-year-old midfielder.
It is stated that the Man Utd are preparing an offer and want to close the signing for £21.5million (25 million euros).

Manchester United desperately need to improve the quality and depth of the midfield department.
Casemiro is well past his prime and was one of the worst players in the Premier League last term. He must be sold.
Unfortunately, even Ugarte, who excelled under the guidance of Amorim at Sporting, failed to consistently shine for United in the DM position. He needs to step up big time.
Mason Mount remains an injury prone player and thus far, he has not been able to showcase the top form he had at Chelsea.
Collyer is inexperienced, Mainoo has quality but needs to take more responsibility and arguably, the only effective player in the center of the park last term was skipper, Bruno Fernandes.
Guerra can play anywhere in the center but primarily, he likes to play in the No.8 role. Last term, the youngster scored three goals and provided as many assists for Valencia.
