Transfer: Man United made move to sign £100million star – Report

According to Sportske Novosti, Man United would be willing to pay a fee of 40 million euros (£36million) to secure the signing of the 21-year-old starlet.

On the other hand, as per Italian outlet Tutto Mercato Web, there are a number of teams interested in signing the attacker and for now, Manchester United seem in pole position to hire his services.

In the last campaign, Olmo featured in 44 games for Dinamo and directly contributed in 21 goals (12 goals and 9 assists).

Moreover, for Spain, he started 4 games in the U-21 Euro 2019 and directly contributed in as many goals (3 goals and 1 assist). He found the net in the semi final vs France and scored the decisive goal in the final against Germany to help Spain win the title.

The youngster is a versatile attacker. For Dinamo Zagreb, he mainly plays in his natural central attacking midfield role, however, Spain have mainly utilized him on the flanks. In the Euros, he played on the right flank.

Croatian source Sportske Novosti talked about Wan-Bissaka, who only started one game in the recently concluded U-21 European Championships, and claimed that unlike Man Utd’s new signing, Olmo was a star in the Euros and was declared the best player in the final.

We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds.
