Transfer: Man Utd willing to agree £35million fee to secure signing – Report

JN claim Man Utd are interested in luring the Benfica striker. The Red Devils were looking to lure the 21-year-old before the start of the current campaign. At that time, he was valued at around 40 million euros.

So far, in 36 games in all competitions this term, Ramos has directly contributed in no fewer than 34 goals (24 goals and 10 assists)

Not to forget, he scored a hat-trick on his first ever start for Portugal at the FIFA World Cup against Switzerland.

Based on top performances, the youngster deserves a new improved deal and the Eagles are looking to agree fresh terms with him.

He was linked with a move away from Benfica in the January transfer window but the departure was blocked by president, Rui Costa. Apart from Man Utd, the likes of Newcastle, PSG and Bayern are also linked with the 8-capped star.

JN report that after selling Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea, the point of reference for Ramos’ sale is also the release clause i.e. £105.5million.

Man Utd are linked with a number of quality forwards as they desperately need a top out and out striker to strengthen the team for next season. Have your say – Should they bid £105.5million to sign Goncalo Ramos?
